Electronic records of courses and course activities accessed by a user. Typically completion data that shows the learner which activities he or she has completed or how many attempts he or she has used during an assessment.
Purpose
- Attainment data Site
This information helps Striata Learning and the user to monitor progress through a course. Typically date, time, name, surname, which component of the course has been accessed and the user’s IP address is recorded. Should a Striata Learning client (typically the user’s employer) enquire whether a course has been completed by the user, this information enables Striata Learning to provide the progress report. The IP address is recorded as the Learning Portal software can restrict access from specified IP addresses.

Users

The user’s name, surname, IP address, date and time of enrollment and every access, as well as email address is recorded. A log is generated detailing the courses and course activities accessed by the user - typically completion data that shows the learner which activities he or she has accessed or completed.

Facilitates progress reports and record keeping of active or past users on the Striata Learning Portal.

Training data for activities and resources
Records of courses and course activities accessed. Typically completion data that shows the learner which activities he or she has completed or how many attempts he or she has used during an assessment. The information recorded for each Activity is detailed in the Purpose section below.

Lessons
The following information is recorded for each user:
- Which lessons have been accessed
- Whether the lesson has been completed or not
- Date and time of lesson access and completion
- User’s IP address.
Assessment
The following information is recorded for each user:- User’s name and surname
- Number of assessment attempts
- Assessment results (score)
- Date and time of each assessment attempted
- For each question, whether each question answered, was correctly answered or not.
- User’s IP address.
Certificate
The following information is recorded for each user who generates a certificate:- User’s name and surname
- User’s email address
- Date and time the certificate was generated
- A unique code for the certificate, linked to that user’s account on the Learning Portal.
- User’s IP address.
Questionnaire
The following information is recorded for each user who completes a survey to provide feedback on the lesson completed:- User’s name and surname
- User’s comment / feedback provided.
- Date and time comment was submitted
- IP address from where comment was made.
SCORM package
The following information is recorded for each user when viewing an animation (Striata Learning uses a SCORM package to create and deliver the animations):- User’s name and surname
- Date and time of an animation was viewed
- User’s IP address
- Retention period

Blocks

- Course completion status is available as a block on the Striata Learning Portal but is not used or exposed to users. See attainment data below.
Purpose
- Attainment data blocks
The user’s course completion is shown to each individual user as a checkbox next to each lesson or activity. It is not available to other users, it is private information. Administrators can access a report which shows the completion status for all the users enrolled on that particular course.
